RP Grand Hall

Snape was looking at James and breathing heavily, which made everyone generally uncomfortable.

Sirius kicked James under the table.

S: Stop that.

(read it again typo)

J: Huh, what?

Sirius went back in time and didn't kick his friend.

S: What's his problem ?

J: How long have we got?

He snorted loudly.

Sirius rolled his eyes.

S: Have you done anything to piss him off this week ?

Well that's nice.

J: I've ignored his existence.

R: Studiously.

What happened

S: Ah.

J: He's probably pissed off cos Lily didn't get him anything for Christmas. Or cos she didn't kiss him at New Year. Not thst I did either.

He grumbled.

Sirius laughed but trailed off as Snape continued to throw them glares.

S: Why does he continue to be so obsessed with Evans?

Speak of the devil. Lily came walking into the hall, hair in a French braid. She spotted Remus looking downtrodden and approached the table.

L: What's wrong?!

R: Nothing.
J: Period.

They said simultaneously.

Lily sat down next to James.

L: If you're hungover, then I can relate.

She did look a bit tired.

J: Yiu got drunk last night?

Snape turned into Heavy Breathing Cat across the room.

Lily laughed ruefully.

L: Blame Amy.

Remus' smile faltered for just a moment, like a shadow passing in front of a candle.

J: So you and Amy got drunk together?

Sirius groaned as he recalled the previous night.

S: Lily, Amy and Evangeline.

He facepalmed.

S: They talked me into it.

Lily covered her mouth.

L: Was it a secret?

Remus sighed and facepalmed.

R: How bad did it get?

Lily shrugged.

L: Amy may have table danced at one point.

Sirius groaned.

James was cackling to himself, then looked at Lily and once more got stupidly silent.

J: Sorry I didn't come back at midnight, by the way, I um... I was with Remus. On his sickbed. You know, being the caring fella that I am...

Lily smiled, tugging on the end of her French braid nervously.

L: It's fine. Honestly I was that drunk it wouldn't have meant much.

She trailed off. Sirius whistled.

J: Did you um... did you kiss anyone else, then, Evans?

She consented to kissing him sober, who would she have agreed to kissing drunk?

Lily pursed her lips.

L: I'm not... Sure...

James narrowed his eyes, examined her face.

J: You did, didn't you? I can see it - you remember kissing someone?! Who was it?

I'll kill him.

Sirius headbutted the table.

Lily went red.

L: I can't remember.

J: Wait... I do... Didn't you and Evangeline try to kiss me?

In the shock of revealing his second most closely guarded secret (the girls was between him and the sock by his bed) had made him hazy on the more trivial events of last night.
