RP Lounge blahblah

Evangeline and Remus were there, the former doing homework, the latter trying to get some sleep.

Amy sat in an armchair and stared at the ceiling.

Remus shifted in his position, lying on the sofa.

R: Ugh...

He groaned.

She glanced up at him.

A: You okay Lupin?

R: Yeah, just a bit... achey.

She went and sat on his sofa so his head was by her legs. With worried eyes, she peered at him.

A: Okay.

Remus reached up and grabbed her hand, playing with her fingers. Evangeline watched them and felt a pang of jealousy; she wanted that.

A: Go to sleep.

She muttered.

Never one to miss ruining a moment, Jasmine walked in. At seeing Remus and Amy, her sneer was practically acidic.

J: Look at the two lovebirds! I knew it was going to happen eventually. The scratching post and the girl with the wonky nose, you know? Perfect for each other.

(fffffffffffffffuuuuuuu-)

R: I'm trying.

Remus said, then glared at Jasmine.

R: And you're flawless?

A: Don't you have somewhere to be?

Amy muttered at her.

J: If I did, don't you think I'd be there right now?

The smirk stayed plastered to her face as she picked up and looked at Amy's book.

J: And I like to think I am. To each their own, though.

R: That in itself is a flaw.

E: It's a shame you don't have any friends to go spend time with, isn't it?

Amy snatched her book back.

J: And you should be talking about flaws? Look in the mirror, Mr. Lupin, then come back and tell me what you know about being flawless.

She snorted, then turned her head to look at Evangeline.

J: Oh, I have plenty, believe me, even more than you have just from your butt in a nice pair of jeans. Anyway, I'm here for Amy, actually. She's agreed to be my little mole, get her nose into something for me.

Evangeline rolled her eyes.

E: Stop lying and leave.

Remus closed his eyes and turned away.

(I KNOW I just wanted to piss them off)

Jasmine lifted one shoulder in a shrug.

J: I'm not lying, but that's fine if you don't believe me.

She gave them all a saccharine smile.

J: I'll see you at dinner, then. Oh, Remus, by the way, you don't look so good. You look...pale. Like the moon, actually. Might want to get yourself checked out.

She winked, gave a tinkling laugh similar to that of the Wicked Witch of the West, then left.

Remus curled his knees into his chest and closed his eyes tightly. Evangeline glared after her.

E: Bitch.

A: You said it.

Amy mumbled, playing with a lock of Remus' hair absently.

Remus was struggling to choke back... not tears. Never tears. Because big bad werewolves didn't cry. Did they?

E: Ignore her, Remus, she's a cow and someday she's going to give birth to more little half-calves, half-idiots.

A: And her hair looks stupid.

She didn't look at him.

E: Like a square.

Remus nodded. Silent.

A: Hey...

She looked at him now, and smiled slightly.

A: She doesn't deserve to speak to you, Lupin. Watch her go back to Sirius' arse of a brother and try and fit those skinny legs into a pair of jeans.

R: I'd rather not look.

Remus joked feebly.
