RP The Lake

R: Knowing them, five minutes at most.

A: Bet you it'll be over by Sunday?

R: Before. I say it'll all go to hell at the concert.

A: You're on.

R: But, I bet you they'll kiss before they hate each other again.

A: Interesting!

She held out a hand for him to shake.

Remus shook her hand, squeezing it lightly.

A: Right, next lesson, when's that?

Reluctantly, Remus let go of her hand.

R: Um... Charms next, isn't it?

A: Yeah.

She looked at the time, then at the others.

A: We've got a bit yet.

She leaned against his shoulder. Sirius snickered at them.

Evangeline flicked a pebble at Sirius' arm, giving him a warning look before looking looking dreamily at Amy and Remus' closeness. Oblivious, Remus just leaned against Amy so that they were supporting each other.

Sirius rolled his eyes.

S: My eye still hurts.

He winked at Evangeline.

E: Stop winking, then.

Evangeline winked back.

S: I don't know what you're talking about.

He winked again.

E: Exactly what you just did.

She winked again. Remus was stifling giggles and looking at Amy.

Amy watched the two of them, laughing.

S: You're seeing things.

Wink.

E: Sirius Black, either you stop winking or I make you stop winking.

Wink, with a hint of sauciness.

Sirius raised his eyebrows.

A: Don't do it Sirius!

He winked.

Evangeline picked up a handful of grass and threw it over him, blades fluttering to land his hair.

Amy leant back into Remus, laughing.

A: Ooh, you showed him, Evangeline!

Evangeline smiled proudly to herself, looking at Sirius through her long lashes.

E: I like to think so.

Remus ruffled Sirius' hair.

S: Nah.

He fixed his locks.

E: You're only saying that because you hate to be wrong.

S: Untrue!

He scoffed.

E: Oh-ho, I beg to differ.
