RP Hogwarts Gazebo (Near t'lake)

E: Sirius.

In one step she was flush against him, taking his hands in hers.

E: There is nothing going on with Lockwood and me. He's a close friend that I make nerdy historical jokes with and talk about music.

Sirius mumbled.

S: You could do that with me.

E: Do you know what a contralto is?

She asked, eyebrows raised, playing with his fingers.

S: I could learn.

He looked at their hands and sniffed.

E: Sirius, it's alright for me to have other friends. I talk to some people about dresses, my sister about languages, Lockwood about music, and I talk to you about anything and everything.

She put her forehead against his.

E: And I don't kiss anyone the way I kiss you.

He smiled then, eyes lit up.

S: I should hope not.

Leaning in, she planted a gentle kiss on his lips, then drew back and smiled at him.

E: I'm going to go and get ready for later - can't wait to kiss you again at midnight.

She wrapped her arms tight around him for a moment before scampering off to the castle.

Sirius stared after her, dreamily.

James used the opportunity to shove him over.

Sirius stood back up and whacked James over the head.

S: Shall we go get changed too?

J: Yeah, gotta look hot for the ladi- oh, shit, Sirius! It's a full moon tonight.

He hissed.

Sirius' head snapped up.

S: You sure?

James nodded slowly.

J: Hence no Remus...

Sirius pursed his lips.

S: Moonrise?

J: It'll be near midnight...

The possibility of kissing Lily was seeming more like a far off dream every second that passed, but James found that he didn't care too much. After all, Remus was his friend. He had to be there for him.

S: We'll have to leave at half eleven.

He suggested. He'd really wanted to kiss Evangeline at midnight.

J: How do we explain that to everyone? Especially your girlfriend - sometimes when she looks at me it feels like she knows everything about my past and everything about my future. It's very disconcerting.

Sirius pursed his lips, thinking.

S: It'll be busy. We can slip away.

J: And afterwards? What, say we couldn't find them?

S: Yeah, or say Peter got lost in Ghana.

J: He went there recently.

Peter nodded solemnly.

S: It will be crowded. We can do it.

J: She'll be pissed.

S: I know.

He looked conflicted.

J: I could explain to Moony that you're joining us later...?
