RILLIE MAKEUP PLAN because I'm hurting inside.

It's the day after the Sean-Regulus scuffle, and Millie's in the library with Sean and his butthole friends, and Regulus is also there. Since Sean is mad about being cornered by Regulus, he wants to make it as difficult as possible for Reggie, so he makes butthole comments about Reggie and the Black family (loudly) and a whole display with Millie, up to the point where Sean and his friends get kicked out the library. Millie feels like a poo so she brings Regulus to the Room of Requirement for privacy, she apologizes blah blah blah, then notices his cheek that she slapped and it's all cute and we can progress from there. Or have Regulus get all Mean Regulus, apologize, cutesy moments, which should leave them on good terms for Halloween.

Even though it's like two months away XD

Well yeah, can't have them making up and kissing on the same day!
